- Description
- This paper will look at the necessity for certain types of resistance between theory and practice in film. It will argue that these are important because they represent the moments of creativity and production. As such these are the resistances to stability, compromise, and the good. The eidos of such resistances will be worked through the idea of the cinematic sublime - the moment where theory and practice meet.
