- Description
- Sperm concentration, total motility, forward progressive motility, and membrane integrity were measured across three experiments conducted at the Litoria littlejohni captive breeding facility. Experiment one aimed to optimize exogenous hormone administration by comparing two different hormones. Experiment two investigated the seasonality of testicular cycles by assessing sperm concentration, motility, and membrane integrity throughout the year. Experiment three compared sperm concentration, motility, and membrane integrity between the captive colony, where environmental conditions remain constant, and wild populations, where conditions fluctuate.
