- To analyze Chinese medical practice in terms of the concept of self-organization. To introduce the concept illustrating it with Bénard convection, a model dissipative structure. Then to show by example how the concept resonates with Chinese medical diagnostic and treatment strategies through the explication of a clinical case study.
