- This work studies a recently reported radio access technology, NOMA (non-orthogonal multiple access), and proposes a new offline power allocation method. On the basis of the power allocation method, we further propose a new NOMA-based scheduling algorithm and vague. Finally, we systematically assess the capability of the algorithm from four aspects of system throughput, QoS service, fairness and running time. A significant improvement is found as compared to the Proportional Fair algorithm based OFDMA.
