- Description
- An ethnography of A Chorus of Women a Community Practice of Women in Canberra Australia, was conducted during 2004 to understand the knowledge-sharing dynamics that contributed to their productivity, in this period a song title named 'Websong' was created and presented in Bulgaria and Australia using participatory and non-hierarchical means of collaboration. The use of an e-mail discussion group for creative, interpersonal and organizational work was a focus of the analysis. Notions of 'the web' recurred in the aspirations and mission of the group to renew participatory democracy as well as in descriptions of the internal processes that were used to create works and bring performances to fruition.
