Description: In recent years, the student voice has gained significant prominence in assessing and monitoring quality assurance of learning and teaching. In a number of countries, governments use student satisfaction and other academic outcome measures to assess institutional performance. While universities and governments have actively used quantitative data gathered from student surveys, there has been a limited emphasis on analysis, reporting and triangulation of qualitative data at national, university, faculty, course, campus, support services and unit of study or teacher levels. This chapter outlines the results of the course experience questionnaire in one Australian university with graduating students in the arts, education and social sciences disciplines.
