- Description
- The paucity of studiers tying the concerns of knowledge management and international management is identified. The authors then report on a study of the knowledge management experiences of 80 middle and senior managers in Hong Kong who are students in a higher degree course. The authors identified a dominance of a boss-centric approach to knowledge management, with exceptions to this approach being most apparent in the social service sector and some higher education organisations.
