- This paper analyzes the dynamic resistance factors and Australian Chinese education and professional training of teachers, and in this context investigated the advantages and problems of an Australian Chinese university teacher training programs. Australia, as a typical immigrant country, multi-language and cultural characteristics and self-government multiculturalism policy pursued in the 1970s provide a favorable environment to promote teaching Chinese and other non-English languages. At the same time such a composition student, teachers, the educational environment and the diversity of Chinese teaching and professional Chinese teacher training program setup and implementation of programs put forward a series of challenges. Australia's experience with the context of globalization of local overseas Chinese Teacher Training has an important reference.
