- Description
- The aim of this research is to provide a detailed investigation into the inherent characteristics of squirrel-cage induction generator, doubly fed induction generator and permanent-magnet synchronous generator-based wind turbines using small-signal analyses to see how each turbine technology affects the local, inter-area, torsional and control modes of the system, as well as at increased penetration levels.
