- Description
- The influence of random microstructure on the elastic properties of cement pastes is studied in this paper. A statistical numerical homogenization method based on the Finite Element Method (FEM) was used to homogenize the elastic properties of later age cement pastes. Parameters for the probabilistic density function are provided based on maximum likelihood method. Those parameters are suggested to be used as input for structural reliability analysis.
