- Description
- This paper provides an interpretation of the skewness and kurtosis coefficients for a configuration of points obtained from performing non-symmetrical conrrespondence analysis (NSCA) on a two-way contingency table. Such measure's provide further detail on the nature of the association between the variables, and complements the information already well understood in the NSCA literature. The interpretation of these coefficients will be highlighted through the analysis of data collected as part of a study undertaken by Guerrero et al. (2010) involving understanding words associated with "Traditional" from a food perspective.
